Services at the campsite
In our camspite in Bidart on the Basque coast, the reception is at your disposal from 8:30 to 12:45 and from 14:15 to 20:00 in July and August, 9:00 to 12:15 and from 14:15 to 19:00 in April, May, June and September, and from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday (telephone permanence + some Saturdays) from October to March. The staff is happy to provide you with all the tourist information you need; the reception also informs you about the different activities and animations of the campsite, including outings and shows.
Our services at the campsite
Feel free to go to the grocery store to stock up on essentials. You will also find bottles of ice, freeze your cold accumulators, or buy your newspapers, postcards or some souvenirs.
Our bar opens its doors when you need to refresh yourself, while the restaurant-snack-pizzeria is pleased to let you taste the regional specialties from April 13 to September 18, 2024. The shop also offers a breakfast service and take-away dishes. Fresh breads and pastries await you every morning.
A games room for the whole family, a billiard table, simple pleasures found again.
A WIFI access covering the whole site are accessible thanks to connection tickets on sale directly online.
Laundry with washing machines (5 kg – 4.50€ – 10 kg : 6 €) and tumble dryers (4.00€) with your change is located next to toilet block A (opposite the aquatic area). No tokens are required. You can put in your own washing powder or liquid detergent, buy a dose of detergent (€1) or a barrel from the grocery shop. An iron is available at reception.
Washing room in each sanitary block with washing machine (4.50€) and dryer (4.00€) with your change. A ironing iron is at your disposal at the Reception.
Rentals at the Reception:

- television (5€/day or 35€/week)
- disposable sheets (16 € the sheets 160 or 140 and 12 € the sheets 90)
- refrigerators (5 €/day – no return on Saturday morning)

By taking the free shuttles you will be able to go to the center of Bidart, or to its beaches in summer. On foot, it will only take you 15 minutes. Various local shops await you there: bakery, butcher, tobacco press, souvenir stores, pharmacy and doctors. The supermarket the closest one is 2.50km away.
